Availability and Reservations
To make a reservation please call 800-388-4179 or 909-878-9190. Telephone reservation hours are Pacific Time 8AM to 9PM daily. Online reservation requests can be made 24 Hrs. Please NOTE: HOLIDAY RATES ARE SLIGHTLY HIGHER. PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO MAKING A ROOM RESERVATION REQUEST.
Online reservation requests require that all of the information, including credit card number and expiration date be supplied. Our server is secure and your reservation CANNOT be completed without this information. We have only two guest suites that can accommodate more than TWO people, including children of any age (Penthouse & Carriage House Suite). No exceptions. A two night minimum is required on weekends and we cannot confirm a one night weekend stay prior to the day prior the expected arrival, providing availability exists. Reservations requests with complete information are considered valid and are confirmed per our cancellation policies and minimum stay requirements. If the request is not complete, you will be notified that it is pending and availability is subject to prior booking. Online requests are processed in order of date and time posted. We make every attempt to keep the online availability calendar up to date.

"Top of the Mansion" luxury guest suite occupying the entire top floor with private exterior tree top deck, wood burning Vermount Casting stove, newly remodeled bathroom with jetted spa tub and separate shower, pine king size four poster bed, 2-TV's with VHS/DVD, CD audio system, computer with high speed internet access and private dining area for two. Occupancy by two people. This room can accommodate a 3rd person with the addition of a "Roll-a-way" (additional nightly charge of $75).

Suite Located on the first floor of the Carriage House this luxury suite has a king bed, river rock gas log fireplace, large marble tile private spa bathroom and private wrap around exterior deck. This secluded house has four cozy, romantic rooms on the second floor, each with a gas log fireplaces, private baths and separate exterior entrances.

Forest View IV
Tucked away on the lower level of the owners private home is a recently opened cosy room with queen bed, private full bath with tub & shower and seperate exterior entrance. Trimmed with rustic log furniture &a wood paneling. Flat screen TV/DVD, audio system &a telephone with voicemail.

Room rates may vary on season and day of week. All rooms have full private bath with tubs and showers. All rooms have TV/VCR/DVD and private telephone with voicemail. All rates are per night and based on one or two-person occupancy. Due to fire regulations, we have only two rooms (Penthouse & Carriage House Suite) that can accommodate more two persons, including children of any age. Lodging rates DO NOT include local taxes and fees. Your confirmed reservation will show a total amount due.
Rates include a gourmet breakfast each morning and refreshments in the afternoon. Specialty coffees, teas and a selection of cold beverages, and home-made treats are available throughout the day. Rates do not include local taxes, fees and energy surcharge.
Minimum Stay: Two (2) nights on weekends, three (3) nights on most major Holiday Weekends. One (1) night stay allowed mid-week Sunday through Thursday (Holiday periods excluded).
Deposits: To confirm your reservation, an amount equal to one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate is due at time of confirmation. If using personal check, deposit is due within 7 days of confirmation. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellations/Refunds: Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit. All cancellations or changes are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee.
14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $25 cancellation fee.
30-day cancelation applies to all holidays and from mid November through January 15th.
30-day cancelation applies to all bookings of more than two rooms, retreats and special events.
Less than above - Refund is subject to our ability to rebook the cancelled room, less a $50 per booked night cancellation fee. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
Check-in:
Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Arrivals after 9:00 PM must have prior notice and approval. Addiotnal late check-in fees may apply.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Pets: Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets at the Inn, but you are welcome to pet our two chocolate standard poodles, Faux Pas and her little sister Bijou at no extra charge.
Please Note: We are a Non-Smoking Facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the Inn or guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on outside lawn areas away from other guests.
